Prices and Taxes

Currencies are updated daily from Oanda.com. The price we display in your currency will be converted from Sterling using our estimate of the rate that will be used by your card issuer - today's average inter-bank rate plus 2%.  Our prices do not include any import taxes for which you may be liable in your own country

If the country that you select for delivery is outside the European Union (EU) we will display our export price, free of UK tax.

For delivery within the EU our prices include VAT (value added tax) at the UK rate of 17½%.

Methods of Payments

We can accept payment by
  • Visa, Mastercard and Amex.
  • Personal cheque in Sterling drawn on a UK bank
  • Cashier's Cheque/Money Order in Sterling or in euros
  • Transfer of funds in Sterling or in Euros to our Bank in Scotland
  • Transfer in other currencies by arrangement

    With the following exception your card will not be debited until your order is ready for despatch.
  • We will ask for a deposit at time of order for goods which are made to order, cut lengths of fabric and targes. This deposit is not refundable.

    • Secure Order form

    We provide the means to submit credit card details through our Secure Order Form using our shopping basket. Optionally you may fax, telephone or write to us.

    Delivery

    The prices in these pages exclude shipping costs and any import taxes for which you may be liable in your own country. We use the postal system for small packages, but other carriers for larger packages and when speed of delivery is important.

    Under £500 /€800 funds must be remitted net of all charges; these may be transferred in Sterling or Euros to:
